Today's share price of 0.36 is approximately 108% undervalued from the rough estimate of intrinsic business value.

Ausgrp - eps A$0.037, ie, S$0.045, it will be good enough for me if I can get 0.45. But I plan to sell near 0.385. I missed the chance to sell at 0.38-0.39 last time. Regret for a long time.
